I hold a safe space for you, with powerful questions and gentle nudges, that expands your awareness, gain more clarity and a positive perspective to take meaningful steps towards sustainable growth and transformation.

You can expect non-judgment, empathy and deep listening and a coaching style that supports and motivates you to achieve your goals and flourish.

I will work with you to identify the right coaching tools from my tool-box that will support your unique needs, including Positive Psychology-based coaching, Mindfulness, PERMA profiler, Cultural Orientation Framework, etc.
