This is how I work

In a free introductory meeting you can share your story and ask your questions. Together we will formulate clear coach goals aimed at concrete and achievable personal growth for a sustainable result. Respect and a safe exchange of trust is very important and a starting point for a good coaching relationship. Mostly a coaching programme contains 6 to 8 sessions of 1,5 hour. At the end of the introductory meeting, I will give you a concrete proposal for the coaching. f you agree, we will start in the short term.

My coach routes are personal customized, each of us with its own responsibilities. My coaching is voluntary, but not without obligation. I work with assignments in between and in consultation we can use tests or analyzes.
