Coaching for personal growth
Your employee is ambitious, and you want to support them optimally. Examples include:Talent development. Talented people love to learn. With a coach, they work on what is needed to get better at work and how they can grow in it.
- Binding and captivating. Someone with ambition can get bored. The coach works on setting new exciting goals so that the employee can be retained.
- Balance. Talented people can sometimes lose sight of balance because they go 100% for their goal. Preventive coaching then prevents problems.
- Working on (personal) leadership. Becoming a good or better leader, both for yourself and for others, is a skill that can be learned with knowledge and practice.
- Better leadership. Your employee is a manager, performs well, and wants to further develop as a manager. You recognize the potential and want to facilitate it.
