In my early career, I led human resource operations of prestigious companies such as Applied Materials, Exterprise, ClearCommerce, NEC Electronics, HelioVolt. In addition to my ongoing leadership coaching practice (20+ years), more recently I served as Founding Principal and CEO of Austin HR – a fractional HR services firm which grew to helping over 500 client companies. That firm was successfully sold to Asure Software – a publicly traded company – in 2018.
Authored a number of white papers and co-authored “The Culture Book: When Culture Clicks. A Practical Guide to Building Incredible Company Cultures”.
