THIS IS HOW I WORK
Coaching begins with a non-binding meeting where you ask me questions and I share my coaching process. When you decide to continue, then we set an objective for the coaching sessions. This objective is chosen and defined by you and acts as a guiding light. Of course, it’s always possible to include different session-specific goals, depending on your coaching needs.
Each session is an exploration whereby I use a multitude of questions and coaching tools to uncover your strengths, resources, and options. Insights into what motivates you, what has meaning and purpose in your life, and what you value most, are used to move you closer to your stated objective. I use values-based coaching that helps you clarify your values so that you make decisions that foster autonomous self-confidence, based on who you are, not what others think.
Coaching is practical, as every session concludes with you choosing an action that moves you forward and committing to reaching your objective.
