With over 28 years of experience in people development, talent management, and organizational strategy, I have held senior leadership roles in global organizations like MediaCom and Mars across Latin America. As People Executive Director at MediaCom, I led regional teams to implement talent strategies, enhance performance, and foster growth-driven cultures. Previously, as Director of Learning and Development, I designed and delivered global programs across North America and LATAM. My experience at Mars included market research leadership and category management, integrating data-driven insights into strategic planning.
