This is how I work
We first meet during an exploratory meeting. This meeting is intended to get to know each other and to clarify your coach question. You will immediately experience my personal working method and we will discuss which type of coaching you prefer, for example at one of my coach locations and/or via digital coaching or coaching outside in nature.
From versatile and inspiring working methods we choose an approach that suits your personality, the way you learn and your specific coach question. This can be a cognitive of intuitive working method, but also a more creative or challenging approach; usually it is a combination but always tailored to what you want to achieve.
I would like to use my many years of experience as a manager, a HR consultant and coach, combined with my professional knowledge and continuous interest in learning and development to help you further develop your professional strength.
