I’m not afraid to challenge you (with love), and I’ll always hold space for honesty, reflection, and forward motion. My coaching is action-oriented, grounded, and real. And we’re going to have fun. I bring energy, playfulness, and positivity into every session. Growth doesn’t have to be heavy, but it’s always rewarding.
