This is how I work

We start with an initial consultation lasting up to 60 minutes.
Together, we determine the duration, the benefits and the desired outcome of the programme.
Together, we identify your needs, talents and obstacles.
Between sessions, you’ll work on bespoke assignments and moments of reflection.
Along the way, we’ll check whether we’re still ‘on track’.
You’ll finish with clear insights, renewed choices and concrete next steps.

Important to know: a programme is a process that requires time, attention and commitment. You’ll be given the space to explore what’s going on, gain new insights and work step by step towards choices that truly suit you. Not everything needs to be clear straight away; it’s often through the process itself that the clarity needed to move forward sustainably emerges.
